Maui general contractor ELM Builders was hired in October 2024 for a Maui condo remodeling project. The condo owner wanted to upgrade the condo in preparation for selling the unit. The remodeling requests included replacing old carpet with new vinyl flooring throughout the entire condo, including the kitchen, pantry, living room, bedroom, closets, and bathroom. This remodeling job also required painting all interior walls and adding new baseboards. While removing the old flooring in the kitchen, our contractor noticed two plumbing leaks in the kitchen and included plumbing repairs as part of the work. We also installed a new dishwasher, which was causing one of the leaking problems.

ELM Builders was able to complete this condo remodeling very quickly in order to achieve the owner’s goal of listing the condo by November 1 to the MLS website.
