How much is your fee on top of the actual construction costs?
We establish a fixed percentage of the overall cost of the project. We keep an open book accounting policy so that you can see exactly what you are paying for, and when we discover cost savings during the course of construction, you’ll receive the savings.
How much time will it take to build my home?
The minimum timeframe is typically six months for a simple construction home. More complex home sites and construction will take longer. ELM Builders will not compromise quality of our workmanship to rush deliver the completed build.
