This remodel was to upgrade a few rotten items on a nice Haiku home. We removed and rebuilt any leaking and damaged roofing and beams, completely rebuilt a front deck, and added a new roof to protect the deck from future weather rot. Other items like the exterior shower areas were also upgraded from old rotten unsealed walls and framing.
